Aya Marine Yacht Management offers yacht registration services in a multitude of countries all around the world, but mainly Malta, Cayman Islands, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Marshall Islands and the USA.

If you were given the opportunity to obtain a passport from any country in the world, which one would you choose? Each state offers varying levels of benefits, protection, status and financial advantages, while also requiring its citizens to obey different laws, regulations and pay different taxes.

Selecting the flag state of your yacht involves a similar decision making process, the vessel is bound to the law of its flag state who exercises regulatory control over it and its crew. Selecting the correct flag and registry is imperative.

Taking into consideration the owner’s citizenship, country of residence, cruising zone, his want or not to offer the yacht for charter, bareboat or crewed, the crew’s nationality and residence, the yacht’s origin (country of built) and more criteria, we will advise on where to register and take care of the paperwork and inspections.
